contribution rejection review request rejected with no indication review was made

Contribution #240908-154711-807000 - this is a resubmission asking what more is needed.

I'm working on correcting in this case several titles serial numbers that are assigned by cops TV via wiki. usually the 'title series number' is based only upon the spelled out state name like 'Nevada' followed by the serialized number of titles. Someone input wrong title series numbers that allow readers to know what 'number of total' is in the episode.  so far, only Texas and Florida have 'sub numbers' like 'fort worth, Texas' 'south Texas' etc. It takes a lot of research and verification before making the changes to fix the title name &numbers.

Other sources for this include TheTVDB and TVmaze. 

Many of the fixes are just accepted, but identical submissions except for being different episodes are rejected.  Thank you for looking into this one example. Have a bit of a stack for season 12. 

Trivia, next is indiana series which TVDB has in episodes that remain uncorrected "in" lower case. the changes on those will be to expand from "in" to "Indiana" & sub series episode title.
