contribution page 403 error request denied

Hi Maya, thanks for your quick response. I open the link from my mail app on my OnePlus Nord 3, latest version of Android. The browser are Firefox and Startpage, also latest version. It happens both on my phone and on my Windows 11 pc. In the app, I can't seem to find the contribution history section. I've made a screen capture of the problem, don't know where to upload it?

Hi Maya, Thanks for your answer. To respond: Afaik, I have only one account, belonging to the email address info@eelcodevries.nl. My account seems to address me as Eelco de Vries (which is correct), while the account name itself appears to be "info-658-341234". The @edevries used here is because I had to create an account to be able to post in the community. When I check the IMDB app on my phone, it appears to use an account named "EelcodeVries". But that account uses the same email address as the other apparently, because I get the contribution updates on that address too. Hmmm... Will try to log in using EelcoDeVries, although I vaguely remember that the contribution site requires either an email address or a phone number to log in, not an account name or user name. Will check soon.

Oh, and is there a way of logging out from the contribution site? I can see my account name info-etc, but I can't seem to find a log out option. Have to go to IMDb site first and then back again to be able to log out?

@edevries- Yes to log out you go to IMDb site and this is where you will see the option. This will log you out overall so you do not need to do anything else.

And another "Oh, yet another question": Is there a link to the contribution page in the app? I can't seem to find it, I always try the link provided in the suggested contribution confirmation mail. And when I try to "request my data" in the app (to see which email/username/account name I have (used), I get an error. ("Looks like there was an error. Please try again.") Could it be that somehow my account is split in two account names with the same mail address? Or vice versa? (Getting more and more confused here... I think I'll crawl up in a fetal position somewhere in a corner or something like that).

Hi there! Nope, I wasn't able to resolve the issue. Not only that, somehow my entire watch list has gone. I carefully built that list, and now there are only five titles on it, most of which I recently added. The app shows the username info-658-341234 instead of either edevries or EelcodeVries. I recorded the steps I took, and I used the only correct mail address I know to log on, not by Google or Amazon. Don't even have an Amazon account afaik. The info on my account not only states the username info-658-341234 but also says I joined 2010. To my knowledge, I joined way earlier. However: I'll try to find another account. The problem is of course that one is always logged in into the account, so one can tend to forget which mail address exactly was used in the first place, and if there might be two accounts with the same name but different mail addresses. Will try to check a very old PC to see if there's still a password manager with the correct account information. Get back to you!
