Contribution History BETA still needs work.

The newer (what, 3 years old by now?) "beta" Contribution History page (still labelled as "in development"!) still lacks links to re-edit a submission. The original Contribution History uses the submission number as a link to do that. Can you add that please? The only seeming advantage to the newer in-development version is the at-a-glance approval/denial flags, though I've noticed they're not always accurate (a weird problem), and the Mobile View has them overlap each other and run out of the side of the box and off the screen to the right. The lack of pagination in the Mobile version is also a problem. Having javascript constantly add more lines when you are trying to get to the footer material at the bottom of the page, is driving me insane. I hate websites that do that. Very bad practice.
