Contribution has been approved, yet the changes aren't applied?

Submitted March 10th, it shows approved, yet the page doesn't have the amendments? Previous submissions aren't showing either. A different contribution (reporting an inappropriate review) has been completed, so curious if there is a way to follow up on these outstanding ones to find out why they aren't showing. Who do you contact?

You can find them under the 'External Sites' section of in this case the name page that they were added to.
