Contribution Denied Multiple Times

Hello,

I have been trying to add my recent credit and am now getting denied on my fourth attempt. I don't know what else to include. I have included my contract and payslip, where the project has been based. The project is under a Code but everything else tracks, so I don't know what else would be considered "evidence"

How have people navigated these problems in the past?
