Contribution Declined

I recently submitted a contribution to advise that a user review was incorrectly applied to the wrong episode and/or series. The details in the review clearly describe circumstances that do NOT apply to the episode and therefore the review should be removed from that page and, if possible, applied by IMDb (or the subscriber) to the correct episode. My contribution was DECLINED (without explanation). So, if not by contribution, where, or to whom, can I send a request to have this obvious oversight corrected?
