Contribution Declined

Hi,

I have submitted twice to add an actress who is attached to my film. I supplied a copy of the email that she sent along with her management after the first decline and am not sure what is needed to be validated. Please advise. #230401-031903-253000

Thank you!

Also, is there a way to be the owner of a page if it is your production company and film?

There are no ”owners” when it comes to IMDb title pages. Further more, IMDb data editors are not very keen to accept e-mails (as a ”proof”) or ”recommendations” of that nature.

Ok. I didn't think so on owners, but thought I'd ask. I still need to know what constitutes proof since I am the producer and the actress is attached.

@mastahl Hi!

As @eboy mentioned we usually don't take emails as proof. You can find more information on what we receive as proof on our help pages.

Cheers!

@Bethanny thank you. Unless I am reading it wrong, none of the examples fit my situation. The film is in development and we are attaching actors who will be credited. Does a LOI provide the needed proof?

@mastahl In the case of productions that are not yet released, I would go for the examples for (uncredited) roles. A paycheck, a call sheet, a contract, even behind the scenes if there are any already.

Cheers!
