Contribution declined - unable to verify

Despite having 50 credits on my IMDB page (10 of them in the producer category), for some reason the associate producer credit on the most recent feature film is being declined.   This is despite the fact that I have submitted the official PDF from the titles vendor of the entire end credits as proof.  And it's the same credit that I received on the previous feature film, with the same studio and many of the same producers.   

Any clarity on why this is being declined?   I've never had problems in the past with my submissions, and certainly not with proof of the end credits.
