I stated that I was uncredited.  I submitted it again because I was missing the role which was "Starfleet Officer."  If it is rejected again, then I don't know what to do.

 I see you write "I stated" , I don't know exactly what you mean "by stated" ,

it's important to add it in the right place, ref the help link:

 "you must select the attribute: uncredited in the Attribute field of your submission."

It means they added the attribute uncredited.

Well I was asking Ron what he ment by it, not what we experienced contributors mean by it ;-)

How do you know he does not mean it was "stated" in the explanation field ;-)

Only IMDb staff know that.

My contribution was accepted and posted.  It needed the role I played and a link to the video.  I stated the YouTube channel and video title, but that obviously is not enough.
