Contribution declined as duplicate, but no earlier submission is pending — adding writer credit for “Grab Bag” Season 4

I’m a producer of the student-run television show “Grab Bag”, and I’m currently trying to update the series page to include information for Season 4.

While submitting an update to add a writer credit for Season 4, my contribution was declined with a message saying it was a duplicate of another submission that is still pending review, and that I should use the Track Contribution option on that earlier submission.

However, when I check my contribution history, none of my earlier submissions for this credit are pending — they have all been declined, and there is no active or processing submission listed.

Because of this, I’m confused about why this update is being flagged as a duplicate of a supposedly “pending” submission that doesn’t appear anywhere in my account.

Could someone please help clarify what might be happening here, and how I can properly resubmit the writer credit for Grab Bag Season 4?
