Contribution cannot be tracked

My submitted contribution 251007-162215-437000 does not have "track button" as the rest... I posted a eek ago and still waiting... It is about being nominated in a Festival... As prove I indexed the festival web adress where the nominates are listed Can you tell me if something is missing?

I understood that selected is the same as nominee in some Festivals... I though it was like this in this one
