@Ozzy I sent in my receipts for the episodes, but I still have not been added to the cast of the show, and my profile does not show that I am in the cast of the show.

@Quiklav​ We understand, but you submitted the credits to the parent series, you need to submit to the episodes which you can do following our guidelines linked above. Cheers!

@Quiklav​ Are you doing it from the main series page? You should be getting an option to select the episodes you participated in.

@Bethanny I tried from the main series page and from the episode page, so both.

@Quiklav​ Hi! The part of the help guides you should be following is this one: The screenshot above does not look like the one here so you are probably missing a step, please follow this steps, you should be getting an option to select all episodes you participated in. Thanks!

@Bethanny​  I select the option with my name but the page stays the same and the yellow color does not change.

In that screen you have to select "This is the first credit in this section..."

@Quiklav​ Hi! I've taken a look at your name page and can see the credit is associated with your page. However, our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on your page before any will show - as there are no fully credited positions associated with the page, nothing is visible. Once a fully credit position is added, all (uncredited) data will also appear. I hope this helps explain why the credits aren't visible. Thank you for your understanding.

@Bethanny  I mean, does my name have to be in the credits of the series to appear completely in my profile?

Hi @Quiklav​ - To clarify, you will need at least one credited entry on your page in order for all your 'uncredited' will display.  So yes, once your name has been credited on-screen for a production and that credit is listed, then all your work will display on your IMDb page. I hope this helps!
