Contributed a "Soundtrack Addition" which was approved but the credit isn't showing up

I made a contribution (soundtrack addition) to a specific season/episode of a show a few months ago. It was approved but the credit isn't showing up on my page or the show's page. I've never had this experience in the past. Does anyone know why this is or should say, isn't happening? Thanks in advance!

The information is on the episode and it's also duplicated, you can see here (the last two).

The reason why is not appearing is because your name page is not linked. To link it you will need to follow the instructions as highlighted on our following Help Guide, look under Linking.

You can submit the correction to one of them and also request the removal of the other duplicate one.
