Conflict Between Display and User Settings
Hello!
I've had this problem for a very long time. Actually, it seems the it is a problem that IMDB has had for a very long time.
I'm in Germany and I want to see IMDB in English WITHOUT random language changes to the movie and series titles, i.e. I want to see the USA release title as default.
On previous occasions I was instructed to make changes to my user settings so that USA release titles will display as default.
This is how I have been instructed previously by IMDB support to adjust my user settings:

With the above settings this is how the series with the USA release title "No Man's Land" appears on my screen with the above settings:

I can not describe how frustrating this is. Besides my personal display wishes, this issue also causes issues with text searches.
Of course a VPN on my end might provide a solution. But I do not consider that a solution. I consider that a work around that is inconvenient.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue.
Regards,
Archy

Hi Archy -
Looking at the title you referenced, I can see that there is no USA title for your settings to distinguish the display against: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8335218/releaseinfo/ , there is only a "working title" for the USA.
I have now added "No Man's Land" as the USA title for the series, please wait a few hours then refresh the title page. Your settings are correct for displaying the USA title, so if you are still seeing the German title, let us know here and our staff can take another look.
Cheers!
