1990 movie "Payback" with Don Swayze. One of my songs, "Too Much" can be heard as background music for a minute 38 seconds.

The film linked at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120784/soundtrack/ is actually Payback (1999) starring Mel Gibson. However, the rest of Jeorj's advice is correct. 

@jeorj_euler​ that's a different movie...my song is in PAYBACK,  a  movie from 1990 with Corey Eubanks & Don Swayze. Thanks.

Right! I forgot to check the cast list. I didn't believe that there was more than one film with such a title released in 1990. I've never seen either one, to my recollection, but I did know about the one starring Mel Gibson whereas not the one with Don Swayze.
