Compilations and re-releases of video games
Hello, I have some questions regarding compilations and re-releases of video games. Should they have their own pages? I would say no in most cases but I don't know where the limit can be between a simple reissue and an augmented version with new stuff. For exemple, I think that Uru: Complete Chronicles could be merge with Uru: Ages Beyond Myst because Complete Chronicles is "just" a reissue of Uru with its two expansion packs. But some cases are more difficult. For exemple, the original Myst had several versions: Myst (1993) - The original game in 2D Myst: Masterpiece Edition (2000) - The same game with better graphics and one additionnal level realMyst (2000) - A 3D version of the game realMyst: Masterpiece Edition (2014) - The 3D version with better graphics Myst (2020) - The same game with HD graphics and in VR I don't think having five different pages is very relevant but I don't know which ones should be keept. The latest version is so technically different from the first that it's hard to consider them as the same game. My other question is about compilations: for exemple, Bioshock: The Collection have its own page but it's "just" a remaster of the three Bioshock games which have their one pages. Is a page for The Collection justified ? Same thing for Super Mario All-Stars or Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. (I hope my english is understandable, please excuse my mistakes)

Not answering the question here, just adding some extra info for anyone that has more expertise in this area. There was a 'collection' release of Sonic the Hedgehog games that had a page that was deemed to be not allowed on the site because all the games had their own pages already. Interestingly while Super Mario All-Stars is in a similar boat, it did I believe have a 4th game that was previously unreleased, I wonder if this original quarter of the release permits it to have it's own page, be interesting to see what is said for me too. By the way, your English is perfect, very easy to understand.

Hi @pictoris & @VonPunk - Sorry for the late reply, currently working through our backlog. We will ask our policy team how these should be listed and come back to you as soon as we have an answer. Cheers!
