Company Credit Discrepancy

Have these been recently approved? It can take a while for all the data to be slotted into place so it might just be a matter of waiting.

If it has been a while then can you give us more information - reference numbers and links to the relevant entries. This way staff can look into it.

Where can we access the reference numbers? This was done a few months ago, so I don't think it is just data being put in place.

It looks like these company credits were submitted back in February 2013, and none of the updates processed.  This is likely because our data editors were unable to independently verify the credits.

If you can provide online links to evidence that verify your company credits (such as a screen-shot of your company on-screen credits) this will help verify the credits.  Go to this page: http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification


Fill in the form with all the information (the update reference
number and all the URLs pointing to the additional verification for that
submission). At least one link is mandatory. If you have more than
three, use the 'comment' field to add them.
