Companies and Awards

I've discovered an interesting weirdness while adding awards. 

Some awards might be shared between name pages and studio pages, however name page overrides it seemingly, in case there are both present.

For example, award looks like this:

However it has internal data that there's also company among the winners:

At the same time, when award is specifically given to company, such as in this case:

We do have companies actually listed in the award: 

Is there any specific reason why this happens?..
