Combine Sanctuary (2007) with Sanctuary (2008-2011)
This might be a special case as the first season, or in other words pilot-season for "Sanctuary" was a web-series.
After the proof-of-concept the series got picked up for full episodes on Syfy.
However Sanctuary (TV Mini Series 2007) - IMDb is considered Season 0 of Sanctuary (TV Series 2008–2011) - IMDb.
If possible please add Sanctuary (TV Mini Series 2007) - IMDb as "Season 0" for Sanctuary (TV Series 2008–2011) - IMDb.

I think it should stay as is. Merging would not be correct here. One is a 15 minutes webisodes, other is a full-blown an hour network series. Two different things.
