combine old profile and new profile

I have an existing profile from a long time ago. I recently completed a short film and all credits have been submitted by the organization. A new page for my name was created. how do I combine both?

@Bethanny hi Bethanny.. I did see that and was thrown by the reference to one of the pages being empty. they both contain credit information so I don't know if I should proceed. I have a pro membership belonging to my old profile so I don't know if that will be an issue as well.
