Clarification of badly formatted rejected submission
#240229-051602-380000

Rejected Reason: Badly Formatted.

It says it was released limited 21 September 2023 (It wasn't). I went to change it to 28 September 2023 with attribute of: (Woodstock Film Festival) (premiere)
Proof of date/premiere:
https://woodstock2023.eventive.org/schedule/animation-mature-audience-64e4c583472d7000a77254f9 https://www.instagram.com/woodstockfilmfestival/p/Cxyiat5uPdJ/?img_index=1
"Example festival attributes are: (Toronto International Film Festival) (premiere)"
I did other then that, so I am not sure what I did wrong here? The only thing I can think of is maybe not doing "At a Festival" and then putting in "(Woodstock Film Festival) (premiere)" in the festival name box, but I have easily submitted several hundred film festival release dates over the last few years doing the Other box without an issue so I am at a loss as to what is wrong about this one. Unless IMDB staff meant it as 21 September - limited is correct, but there is no evidence.
Thank you in advance for assistance!

It was said elsewhere that "premiere" should not be used with festival screenings, so that may be why it is rejected, although it's true that the guidelines say otherwise.

Hello Skater1405,
Can you please tell me why are you removing a valid release date? It looks like you are adding a new entry, you have to submit a new release date and not try to remove a already added release date. We do not remove valid and factual information from the page.
Feel free to re submit your Release date addition as a new item and we will take a look at it for you.
