Claim page

I am trying to claim my page. My first attempt was denied. They did not mention why it was denied or give any reason. There was no way to appeal the decision. I am affirming that I am indeed the person on the page I am trying to claim. What can I do to prove my identity? Please help. Thank you.

Hello Ozzy. If you are still here, I followed the link and they just replied again that there is a “violation” and they can’t help me. Nobody will tell me what the “violation” is nor will they allow me to correct it. I have no way to manage my page and nobody seems to want to help. You are the only one who has been helpful. This is very upsetting.
