Hi Phil,

You can add an order number and a release date to the existing episodes on the series page by going to the episode page, hit edit page, select Episode Title / Number and Release Date, continue and add the number and the relevant release date. Please see this guide for more details on episode ordering.

Regards,
Will

Is there a way to convert a title that exists as a separate entity into an episode of a series, or does all the information on such a title need to be resubmitted when converted to an episode of a series?

Hi Phil,

No you can convert it to an episode by doing a title correct on the standalone title, however the format needs to be exactly right for it to work. For example, you need to edit the title for Civil War Combat: The Battle of Chickamauga (2003) (TV) to "Civil War Combat: America's Bloodiest Battles" (1999) {Civil War Combat: The Battle of Chickamauga (#2.1)} if you wanted to change it to season 2 episode 1.

Are you sure that these titles were first released as episodes of a tv series? Sometimes standalone TV movies can originally air as separate entities but then can be later repackaged into a series. See for example, Sharpe and Prime Suspect.

Will

Thanks for the help, everyone!  It took me some trial-and-error missteps, but the correction is now complete.  Thanks, again1
