city not listed in filming location

#250726-161220-130000 For this update, the location lists New York (as in the state) but doesn't include the city. I added the city name but got some rejection, saying: "Your contribution has been declined.We did not capture a specific reason during processing." I included a comment in the message box in the update literally saying that I was submitting the update to include the city name. What's going on?
