Character names

I've spent a long time correcting character names on a long-running show. For the first few years regular characters were listed by just their first names. I also provided screenshots of the end credit lists. A few days ago I noticed that all my edits had been reversed and all the regular character names were now, again (incorrectly) first name and surname. I edited a few and these were accepted. Now I see that everything I re-did has been changed again. Why is this happening?

Hi @rich975, Thank you for your problem report. Please could you provide an example submission reference for the corrections you have made, that have now been reverted back? You will find your 18-digit submission references in your Contribution History. Thanks!

Hi @rich975, Thank you for the submission reference. However, I can only see crew credits within this submission, and not any cast credits that would have character fields to correct? Is there another submission reference we can review to look into this issue for you? Cheers!

Hi, I've found the submission for Episode 3. When I click on the Track Contribution button it shows me the edits I've made, the urls for screenshots and that the edits were approved. However, when I click on the submission number which is above the Track Contribution button it shows me the submission but the character names are as they were before I edited them. 231222-103453-357000

@rich975 Hi- Thank you for posting the submission reference number! I have taken a further look and verified the on-screen credits as well, they have now been corrected. These were incorrect corrections made in which we have taken further steps with the respective contributor. Cheers!
