Character names that need to be enclosed in single quotes because that's how the on-screen credits listed them

Episode "Freddie and Max" (1990) {Episode #1.4} tt0582717 has two characters whose names in the on-screen cast list were enclosed in single quotes to signify that they are characters from a play that was being performed in the episode. Can I again URGE the developers to change the code which forcibly removes single quotes if they are added by the submitter, and downgrade this non-overridable show-stopper to an "are you sure?" warning which the submitter can override if he is certain and can provide a screen-grab.
