Character name wrong and edit keeps getting declined

I've been trying to fix "Zestial" for Hazbin Hotel. Link- https://www.imdb.com/title/tt29269883/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_i18

IMDB has a last name as "Morde". This is not official. It comes from a fan RP. His official name is just Zestial.

Fan RP wiki- https://hazbin-hotel-and-helluva-boss-rp.fandom.com/wiki/Zestial_Morde
Official Wiki- https://hazbinhotel.fandom.com/wiki/Zestial

Image of official trading card showing "Zestial"

I have provided evidence but since my submission is being thrown out immediately, I assume the AI can't process this.

What can I do to correct this?

Hello UrbanSidhe,

In this case, evidence from Wiki pages is not considered valid, you will need to provide valid on screen end credits evidence in order to approve any change in the credits.

A new submission will have to be made with a screengrab from the onscreen credits to verify the modification is correct, feel free to re submit and post the submission number here in the post.

Also, you can find help and information in our Help Articles.

@Fran But the information was taken from a Wiki. The characters are not named in the credits of the show so I would not be able to provide that info.

We do not consider Wikipedia, Wikis or Fandom pages as evidence. You will need official site evidence if there is not on screen end credits. So far the credits will remain as listed in the page.

@Fran I provided that by providing the official trading card image. There is no other evidence.

Which means the person who put in the "Morde" had no evidence that it was correct.

Edit: Official trading card checklist from the Hazbin Hotel Website.

I have checked your submissions and they did not include evidence, feel free to re submit the credit modification and attach as much evidence as you can, so we can take a look for you. The previously made submissions were rejected and a new one has to be made.
