Changing TV series to short film classification?
Hi ok this is a little tricky, bear with me. We have a 20 min thing shot. this is a short film. It was classified as a TV series. Now we want it changed to a short film, how can we do this.

then you click on episode 1, and it's listed as Beginnings.
We also want the title of this changed to Emergence 2028: Beginnings. This we will be submitting to short film festivals.
Once that is done we also want to setup a feature film with a similar title just called Emergence 2028. As of now we can't setup the feature film page as there is already our TV series with the same title since I don't know how to change the format yet. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Matt: Go to the page for this title at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt21116392/ and click "Edit page".
On the next screen, scroll down to the Title Correction line, and select "Add correction". Click "Continue".
On the next screen, there will be a blank line on which to enter the corrected title. Enter it exactly as follows:
Emergence 2028: Beginnings (????)
For the Explanation, enter something like this: "This title was incorrectly entered as a TV series with one episode. In fact, it is a single short film, not a TV series, and should be classified as a film instead. I am an executive producer of this title." If you have any web page to use as proof that this is a short film rather than a TV series, please provide that too, but if you don't have it then don't worry about that now. Click "Check these updates".
On the next screen, you will get a warning that says, "There is a mismatch between the title type of the old and new titles. Are you sure you would like to change the title type? ..." That's what you want, so check the box marked "Warning understood, go ahead anyway." Click "Re-check these updates".
On the next screen, your data should appear with a green background, and you should be able to click "Submit these updates".
Allow a few days for the correction to go through. Good luck!

Just to clarify, this title will no longer be released as a series, but rather, will be released as a short film, followed by a full feature film?
