Changing the priorities of "known fors"?
I often see the top "known for" matches for celebrities to not include the things they ARE known for. Is there a way to change them?
I've been cleaning up a holiday show called "Wish You Were Here...?". Pretty dull show really, but it deserves to be fully represented. Judith Chalmers - https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0150030 - must have hosted well over 200-300 episodes of it. (I'm still getting round to that bit.)
She'd sometimes play "herself" in sitcoms, often referencing Wish You Were Here. It's THE thing she's known for. Admittedly, right now she's only listed against 36 episodes so it's not as clear as it should - like I say, I'm working on it. But it's at least 80% of her TV appearances.

Hi MovieCat-
There are many factors at play through a complex weighing system that results in changes to the 'Known For' titles on a person's name page. Each title in the filmography is given a "weight" based on these factors. For more detailed information about how the selection is determined you can review the information on our following Help Guide.
As per changes, these cannot be updated without an IMDbPro Premium membership and only the respective claimed name page owners are able to update the 'Known For' titles selection on their IMDb pages.
Cheers!
