Changing the category of a project

Can the category of this project (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14111508/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_cdt_c_5) be changed from "short" to "video"? 1. It was never screened in a movie theatre; 2. It was also shown on YouTube for a couple of time; 3. It's only composed of photos over colored backgrounds, in turn with a sound mix over it. There are no moving images.
