Changing primary image

Hi there, I'm struggling with a title, Costiera, cause I cannot set a primary image properly with a photo of the main character and not with a sales poster as it is.
I've added a new photo, respecting the ratio you wrote, but nothing on the editing interface suggest me how to change a new primary image... I'm really trying everything!
