changing my previous IMDb 'maiden' stage name, to my now married stage name
Hello.
I have been a professional actor since the 1980s, but took time away from acting to move into music and to have a family. My stage name was then - Sarah Maur Thorp, with which I have an IMDb page.
I am now back as an actor and since 2011 have acted in several films, but now under my married name of Sarah Ward.
Q: How do I update my original IMDb profile presence of Sarah Maur Thorp and combine it with my current IMDb profile presence, as Sarah Ward - so that it's all under the same name?
Basically, I'd like my earlier film credits from the 80s and 90s to sit on my current IMDb profile of Sarah Ward. Is this possible please?

AAgh, I thought I was emailing the IMDb help centre! - too much personal info there! Embarrassed! Anyhow, the question is still the same - how do you combine an historic IMDb profile/film credits page with your current page that was set up with your married name? Two different profile pages, same person!

Hello - I believe as an actor you can signup for IMDB Pro to claim your page and then update information. Not sure about the record/page merge you mention. @Col_Needham did you have any other input for this?

I can see that you have the following two name page listings:
Sarah Maur Thorp
Sarah Ward
You will need to combine the page listings under your current stage name by submitting a merge request. You can find detailed instructions on how to merge your pages on the following Help Guide.
