Changing credit on series

I wrote and directed a series of animated shorts a long while ago. It's now on imdm, but with a different person listed as having done both. (It also credits him as having been the co-composer, which I did with the other gentleman listed.) I've tried on IMDBPro to correct there errors, to no avail. I have the proof in the form of screen grabs of the end credits -- and can even supply links to see the video.) Is there a way to correct this that actually works? Trying to go through the IMDb process is extremely frustrating and fruitless. And advice is welcome.
