Change Vikings primary poster

Hello,

I'm trying to change Vikings primary poster to a more widely-recognized one.

This is the current one https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2306299/mediaviewer/rm3031749377/ and I'm trying to submit this one https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2306299/mediaviewer/rm496669953 

I'm not saying that I'm right and that it should be changed, I just don't understand why the request is being denied, the only answer I'm getting is "Reason Does not meet contribution guidelines."

I checked the guidelines and I'm meeting the requirements. Also, the current image was not submitted by a studio partner (at least not that I can see).

Can someone help clarify the situation?
