Change the cast order

Hi i recently published on the page a docu-drama called "La lucha imposible" and the cast not only doesn't appear by the top billiong order I established and is supossedly accepted but they also don't let me change it, besides everyone who I put with the exception of ElHadji are actors for the fictional part of the documentary. ok I get the billing but how do I specifice that these actors from the documentary are playing characters and not themselves for the fiction part?
