Change primary image for film

Hi, 

IMDB pro is not showing any options to change the primary photo for a film. When I looked it up in the help section, it has instruction to "make primary photo," and that link is nowhere to be found when I click the image. According to the help, it should appear on the right next to "edit tags" but it doesn't. When I click the edit section for the current primary photo, it says "select different primary photo" in order to change, but there's no options to. Anyone having this problem or know how to troubleshoot?? Thanks!
