Change Episode Primary Image Thumbnail
Is it possible to change the thumbnail for the primary image for an episode of a TV show? Additionally, if I forgot to click primary image when I uploaded, while it be overwritten upon uploading a new image?

Unfortunately, no. While all title images are now free, we don't support explicit primary image designation. In general (excluding staff and studio designated primary images), the first poster added to the title will become the primary. In the meantime, we are investigating additional ways to ensure the most representative image for the title is the primary image.
