Amber: Since you have only one credit listed in IMDb, and that is for an as-yet-unreleased film (My Little Moon), I have two recommendations.

First, contact the production team on My Little Moon and make sure that they know to put your stage name, Amber Claire, in the film's credits rather than your full legal name.

Second, in the meantime, go to your name page at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm15424428/ and click "Edit page".

On the next screen, on the Name Correction line, select "Add correction". Scroll down and click "Continue".

On the next screen, there will be a box in which to enter your corrected name (labeled as "Last Name, First Name(s)"). Enter your name as:

Claire, Amber

If you expect to be credited on screen as Amber Claire in My Little Moon, un-check the box marked "Preserve previous name on existing credits. i.e. '(as Amber Claire Bollard)'".

In the Explanation box, enter something like this: "I am Amber Claire Bollard, but my stage name is Amber Claire, which I plan to use on all my future credits. I don't have any credits under the name Amber Claire Bollard that have been released, and I expect that my only credit listed on IMDb so far will show my name as Amber Claire. I am requesting that my name be corrected accordingly." Click "Check these updates".

On the next screen, you will get a warning that says, "By unticking the box to preserve existing credits, you are implying they are incorrect. ..." Again, assuming you expect to be credited as Amber Claire on My Little Moon, check the box marked "Warning understood, go ahead anyway." Click "Re-check these updates".

On the next screen, your data should appear with a green background, and you should be able to click "Submit these updates".

Allow a few days for the correction to go through. Good luck!
