Certificate Declined
Had a certificate declined, I was actually surprised it had not been added already so added it with a link to the episodes page on the original steaming platform which clearly displays the episodes certificate, indisputable evidence but declined as 'unable to verify'. I checked the link and it is still working perfectly fine
I'm wondering if attempts across the board are being declined for this item, could you look into it please?

Thank you for reporting this.
I can confirm that your submission should not have been declined, this appears to be the result of a processing error. I have therefore re-submitted the certificate on your behalf and approved it. There should also be no reason for attempts to add this item to be declined across the board, apologies for any inconvenience caused regarding this contribution.
