cause of death submissions

Greetings,

I tried to submit an entry for the cause of death for Adam Somner and as a source I wanted to use an article I found but I have to upload evidence? This hasn't happened before, can someone within the IMB staff elaborate why this process changed? I pasted the link to the article below:

Hello,

that's exactly what I included, the location, the date, the cause, and the location of death, except when I tried, the screen was in the standard pink color and when I clicked on "recheck these updates" I couldn't move onto the next step unless I uploaded evidence as a source such as a death certificate
