Cast/Self credit ordering warning when no cast/self are credited

Somewhat recently a new warning has appeared in the contribution interface that needs to be removed.

1) Find a title with an empty cast or self listing and choose to add one or more credits.

2) Make sure you fill in the cast order number (choosing 4 or higher will better show the issue without the dreaded 1,2,3 warning)

3) Click the "Check These Updates" button

4) System now warns that "All other cast credits for this title are unordered so far." even though there are no existing cast or self credits.

5) You have to acknowledge this warning for all new cast/self credits you are adding.  This is a new warning that wasn't present previously.  It doesn't make sense, so please revert the change.
