Cast/Self credit ordering warning when no cast/self are credited

Circling back, to further help the team investigating, could you provide more context on the title you were trying to submit above?

After poking around a little bit, here's an episode that exhibits the problem right now.  tt41612379

I can't say it'll stay like that though, as I tried other empty episodes and couldn't reproduce it, for unknown reasons.

@ron3​ - Circling back, the order of credits is shared across both cast and self sections.

If a title has existing self credits but no cast (actor/actress) credits, and these credits don't have any order, when a you try to add a cast credit with order, this warning will show as intended.

Similarly, if you try to use an order in the self section that is already used in the cast section, this will also show a warning that a credit with that order already exists.
