Cast updating and voting details
For the documentary ‘Condittiere - Italian dogs of war’ I’ve tried to add Dave Hewitt, the master armourer of White Rose Armoury, to the cast with the descriptions ‘Self - Master Armourer’ and ‘uncredited’ as I don’t know if and where in the credits he is. Could you help me with this please, as I can’t get the details to submit? Also, why is it impossible to vote for this programme?

What is the 18-digit reference number corresponding to the cast/filmography item addition you've submitted? Also, it wouldn't hurt for you to produce a screen capture of the part of Conditierre: Italian Dogs of War in which the Dave Hewitt in question appears. What is the URL to the IMDb name page about this person?
As to your inquiry about ratings being disabled on the title entry, I suspect it has something to do with incomplete release date information in the title entry. If a contributor knew the exact release date, then he or she could submit a correction accordingly.

If a person appears and is identified in a documentary he is considered credited. This may be important because IMDb won't list uncredited appearances unless the person has other, credited work listed.
