cast order approved but changed - again

I've encountered the same issue again where a submitted cast credit list with the order numbers and a screenshot of the end credits which were approved and initially displayed but now they have a different format, it seems that they have used some of the main cast credits from the start of the episode bunched together and then the rest afterwards, it doesn't match the layout of the majority of the episodes which show the order as seen in the end credits.
Hopefully someone can review them.
