Cast deletions still not being accepted
I recently created a thread (now deleted) about series-level cast deletions; I had submitted a number of requests to delete cast members from series level in cases where they had already been added to all episodes, and these submissions were being accepted and rejected with no consistency whatsoever. I received a reply on here from a member of staff (I think perhaps Michelle?), who made the deletions on my behalf and assured me that they had made contact with the data editor and these submissions would be accepted from now on.
However, nothing has changed and they are still being rejected:
However, some are still being accepted - sometimes it will be a 50/50 split within the same submission, as in some of the examples above.
I queried this with the Help Desk and received the following response, which suggests they did not actually read and/or understand the reasons for deletion that was supplied in either the original submission or the subsequent email:

It is very frustrating to have to go through this every time; could someone please push these corrections through, like last time? Many thanks
