Wogan, a LIVE chat show. Surprisingly often, the newspapers would list a guest who didn't show up, or who was replaced by someone more newsworthy.

This one was listed in The Times as featuring the widow of a journalist as a guest, but in the end they went with a cast member of Dynasty. It was me who added the cast from The Times, and I've now been able to update by getting the actual video.

I added a deletion, not accepted as "unable to verify". Fine.

So I resubmit it, adding links TO VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE ENTIRE EPISODE.

Rejected a second time as "unable to verify". How is it "unable to verify"? If you WANTED to verify it, I've taken the time to upload the whole show.

@Maya I did all of those episodes (over 1000 of 'em) from newspaper listings, and while I was able to get some on video I've just been able to get a massive stash of episodes to complete the technical crew credits.

I've actually been amazed at HOW OFTEN the people listed in papers didn't appear. To be fair, it was often because of news, like a unexpected sports fixture, so they bring on a footballer with zero notice and boot the author off the show.
