cast and crew verification should have evidence upload

Many of the update forms have an evidence upload link. The form for confirming that cast and/or crew are complete does not have that option. If it had, I could upload the PDF I have of the full end credits of a TV episode which I used to add and correct all the cast and crew. I could also upload the PDF I saved of the title reference view for that page where I used my PDF viewer's highlight feature to verify the page against the end credits. I do not know if that would help staff to check that my verification that cast and crew were complete is correct but it would give the option to do that.
