Cast addition repeatedly declined

Hi, I have been trying to add one major cast member to a title but it constantly gets declined for being "unable to verify". His name is on the poster and I had no issues adding any of the other cast. Not sure what else I need to do. Currently there is no website for the projects. Thoughts? Title is Wrath of God (tt14252330) Actor is Shaun Johnston (nm0426841)

Hi @Rida #210929-011901-288000 is the most recent submission. There have been several other attempts prior but this is the first one where I could refer to any "evidence". Thanks kindly, Garry

@Rida, thank you for the response but I provided evidence in my latest submission, which is the poster on the same page. It is technically more evidence than I have for the rest of the cast but there were no issues adding them. See attached image with Shaun's name circled, this can be seen on the Wrath of God page poster. I can re-submit again but it will be the same submission as last time.
