Captioning errors entered as Goofs

I'm seeing a lot of Goofs identifying differences between the movie's audio and the captions; these are not Goofs per IMDb guidelines.

If the word "episode" triggers an automatic response of "Don't repeat episode names/numbers.", an analogous response should be created whenever the word "caption" is included in the Goof.
