Capitalization Zee van Tijd

In this submission (#251220-151445-281000), I corrected the capitalization of Dutch film Zee van tijd (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9848668/reference/) from "Zee van Tijd" to "Zee van tijd", as it should be, according to the capitalization guide lines: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/title-formatting/G56U5ERK7YY47CQB?ref_=helpsrall#

However, I noticed that within the past few weeks, it has been changed back. Can a staffer fix this and, more importantly, check if the contributor that did this has worked on other titles as well? And perhaps point out the guide lines to this person?
