Cant update Cast credit

Hi all,

I've been trying to add voice actor Corey Bain to the cast list of Subverse (2021). His involvement with the game has been publicly announced on the game's official twitter page, but my request has been declined numerous times, despite including this twitter link as evidence. I don't understand how this is "insufficient" or "unable to verify".

I've added other cast members to the credits list no problem, submitting similar twitter links as evidence, and they were accepted quickly, but it seems like Corey is not receiving the same treatment.

Corey himself has also publicly announced his involvement with the game, which also did not count as sufficient evidence.

Is there anything else I can do to help the approval process?
